The lighting is superb, what with the source being in the frame but not visible. The focal point is (against all laws of the attraction of the eyes) not the brightest point in the photo, instead the path framed between the school buses and the wall of the building, drawing the eye in and down the line of buses. The name actually seems to capture the entire focal point of the picture: the rows of school buses in perfect order, just like soldiers going off into battle. What, one might ask in looking at the picture, are they in school as well before going off to work? I like that, the concept of the buses in desks.
The fence in the foreground only accentuates the idea of school (whoever has gone to school after Columbine in the US knows what those fences are for), and it helps in framing.
Over all, I think you communicated your point well and I think it was well done. Good job.
